Returns and Refund Policy

I. Returns (Change of Mind)

We offer 14 days returns on all of our used items in case you change your mind. 

To cancel / return an item during this period, you must: 

  • Write to us on email with your return request
  • You then have a further 14 days to ship and return the item to our address.
Returned items must be in their original condition or unused where a new item was supplied. 
 
Once we receive the returned item, Combay processes a refund of full paid amount including outbound shipping charges. Charges paid by you for return postage are your responsibility unless the item is not as described.

II. For Faulty or Damaged Products

We, Combay Limited, are committed to ensuring goods that we supply are: 

  • As described
  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement
  • Combay Limited will cover all reasonable return shipping costs

If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery, we may first offer a repair or replacement, in line with UK consumer law.

III. Exclusions and Exceptions

The following Items are non-returnable unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly described. 

  • Made-to-order or customised products
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return once unsealed for hygiene or safety reasons
  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed

Items Sold “For Parts” or “Not Working”

Products clearly described as “for parts”, “for spares”, “non-working”, or “not fully tested” are sold with the understanding that they may not be fully functional.

For these items:

  • Returns will not be accepted for lack of functionality
  • Returns will be accepted if the item is not as described
  • This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law

IV. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be packaged securely and include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Combay reserves the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
