ABOUT COMBAY

Combay (Commerce Bay Limited) is a reseller of commercial and industrial supplies. We stock and supply goods from a range of categories to include Audio and Broadcast, Consumer Electronics, Test and Measurement, electrical, and control components, Oil and Gas, Marine Equipment and more. We work in line with UN's waste emission goals by reutilizing used equipment and minimising the waste disposal on nature.

ABOUT DIRECTOR

Combay was founded by an industrial engineering graduate from Coventry university who found the need for a reliable source for operational and maintenance engineers to go to for replacing their parts to keep their mission critical equipment running.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Combay has a network with agents and company staff and is able to get early access to stock due to company liquidations. Due to the nature of sourcing, All of our items are virtually and technically assessed for hardware and software versions, cosmetic conditions and any faults by our on-site technicians. We try to provide as much information as possible about the items on sale and where we do not have expertise/tools to test further, we also mention in the description

CONDITION EXPLAINED

We categorise our listings in the following categories:

  • A) New - These items are brand new either in their original packaging or in third party boxes. These may or may not come with manufacturer warranty.
  • B) Used -These items have been pulled from a working environment mostly during company liquidation. We run as many tests as we can and provide details through description and pictures. Items with minor faults are also listed under this category hence it is highly advised that buyers read item descriptions and see pictures of any item of interest.
  • C) For Spares/Repairs -Item has one of more part faulty that effects its operational functions. Faults have been added through pictures and/or description where they have been identified. Faults may be minor or major hence these items are sold as seen.
